An IDM classic is experiencing its re-release for the first time with all 10 tracks on vinyl. Metamatics' "Midnight Sun Pig" was released in 2000 on the Swedish cult label Dot and in 2003 as "Mind Mushing Git" on Hydrogen Dukebox, but both LP formats contained only 7 or 8 tracks. The new, complete version for the first time appears on pink double vinyl. Metamatics (aka Norken, Nacht Plank, Autumn Of Communion) is often compared to Aphex Twin, his fans include Colin Greenwood (Radiohead), Laurent Garnier and John Foxx.
