"Förbundet", the 7th album by the Swedish folk rock band Garmarna. More than 25 years ago, the three founders Stefan Bristand-Ferner, Gotte Ringqvist and Rickard Westman came together. The result was a mixture of folk, medieval motifs and modern technology. They were soon supported by drummer Jens Höglin and Emma Härdelin as singers. Garmarna's music still lives from the friction between tradition and modernity. From dark rock to almost poppy melodies, from electronic hardness to acoustic softness and with Swedish lyrics.
