Right on their debut, TAV manage the feat of sounding extremely independent. Independently not only because they obviously have put off all blinders when songwriting, mix what is actually not to mix. No, they manage to create a kind of post-rock that has something that the competition often misses: corners and edges. Ván Records once again have the right nose and expand their portfolio with another interesting direction. Anyone who can do something with post-black metal, post-rock or simply progressive rock music should definitely listen here.
