The Polish KAT have been an institution for heavy and thrash metal all their life. Especially the 85 album "Metal And Hell" should still be heard by tradition-conscious metallers. Now, "The Last Convoy" is an album that consists of both own songs and cover versions. For the first time we hear the KAT cover songs on the album, for example from "Highway Star" by Deep Purple, as well as "Blackout" by the Scorpions or "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC / DC. Also acoustic tracks like "Dark Hole - The Habitat Of Gods" show a completely different side of KAT.
