In 2017 Jameszoo opened the Amsterdam Dance Event with a very special collaboration with Jules Buckley and the Grammy Award-winning Metropolis Orkest in the legendary Melkweg concert hall. The recordings of this important collaboration were digitally published in May 2019 and are finally being released on Brainfeeder on double vinyl. The magic and chemistry in the room that night was both exhilarating and heartwarming when Buckley - chief conductor of the Metropole Orkest since 2013 - the 49-piece orchestra plus Richard Spaven (drums) and Niels Broos (organs, synthies, Rhodes), Frank Wienk alias Binkbeats (percussion), John Dikeman (saxophone) and Mitchel van Dinther alias Jameszoo (electronics, synths and Wurlitzer) conducted on a really joyful journey that lifted the compositions from van Dinter's album "Fool" from 2016 into transcendent areas. Format: - Black double vinyl (140g) including download code. Photography by Reinout Bos
