Far Out Recordings is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a collection of previously unreleased recordings from the early days of Brazilian jazz-funk titans Azymuth. José Roberto Bertrami (keys), Ivan 'Mamao' Conti (drums), Alex Malheiros (bass) and Ariovaldo Centesini (percussion) recorded the tracks between 1973-75 in Bertrami's home studio in Rio de Janeiro. Only a few of them such as "Manha" or "Prefacio" were later produced and published, most of them remained uncut rough diamonds that saw the light of day here for the first time.
