This is not a B-side collection, but rather the E and F sides of a set that originally consisted of three albums. The Waterfall II was largely inspired by the idyllic surroundings in and around Stinsson Beach, CA and a feeling of enchanted isolation. Recorded in the Panoramic House Studio, the five-piece band from Kentucky flirted around frontman Jim James with the idea of bringing out the songs in one fell swoop, but then split the material in two. Released in 2015, Part 1, The Waterfall, earned the band a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music Album. Now after five years the almost lost second part of this wonderful project.
