Frank Maston's "Tulips" sounds like a psychedelic 1970s film score, somewhere between Ennio Morricone, Serge Gainsbourg and KPM. The LP was released in 2017 in a limited edition and is now being re-released by Be With Records. The trick is that the tuness can run at 45rpm as well as 33rpm. Hypnagogic and dreamlike.
