The two Fazer drummers Simon Popp and Sebastian Wolfgruber team up for the second part of their hybrid "Sound Measures" series with the Tunisian producer Azu Tiwaline (known from this year's "Magnetic Serive" EP on the Bristol Livity Sound label). First of all, the two drummers deliver a more melodic version of their polyrhythmic groove for 22 minutes, inspired by gamelan, Afro-Cuban and swing. She processes this material, which is perfect for Azu Tiwaline, on the flip, lays structures of her concise dub electronics over the mystical aura and creates a 7-minute beast from a track.
